Here is what I have for you.

How cute this little zombie mommy from Frightfully Sweet stamp and the brand new Halloween Scene stencil are.

Here is the closer look of this little guy.

Coming up how I did selective inking my stencil but 1st I cut my white panel card stock from Crazy Stitched Frame dies.  On a seperate white card stock I also stamped the pumkin basket treat, masked it off then stamped the cutie zombie as if his hand was holding the basket. I handdrawn the basket handle for him to hold on.  I colored him with copic markers and fussy cut him out!

Here is how I prepared my stencil background

I used the edge of the stencil from the top and the left to give me clean white border around my card front.  Since my panel is smaller than the stencil I also masked off the right and the bottom at equal width with some washi tape.

I also traced the cloud and 2 bats on masking tape to continue my design thru out the left size of my card front as shown above.  I used distress oxide inks in spiced marmelade and wilted violet to create my scene as well as later on I added in distress ink in black sooth for darker sky and the flying witch.

Here is how it looked after I've done with the background.  I colored the spookie tree trunk with solid black copic marker.

Here is one more time for the complete look

I don't want to cover my background so I decided to make the sentiment on vellum using Flag Banner dies.   To finish if off cut off a strip of black card stock for my guy to stand on and dropped Nuvo Crystal Drop in Crushed Grape here and there.  Surprisingly when I dropped them on orange color area they turned so much darker than it should be. :)

I hope you like it and I'll be back to share more project with you tommorow.  Thank you for stopping by and have a wonderful day.

Hugs,
Jan
