Embossed Resist

Hello Friends...

Hope your weekend was full of joys and happiness.. Today sharing is something different.

I was inspired by many talented ladies over all social medias and I decided to try on embossed resist technique.

I first embossed the sentiment from Jolly and Merry stamp set from Mama Elephant with white embossing powder on water color card stock. Then I used distress inks with little water then started to paint on my embossed image.  I added more ink if I see it's too light. :) Finally I finished the card with the ink splashes... which I love how it turned out... :)

Cheers,

Joy to You & Me

Hello Friends,

Today sharing is simple and one layer card.

I used Mama Elephant stamp - Twinkle Towns and turned the Ornament into Balloon.  I then used negative of the balloon mask to do ombre color using distress ink.  Then stamp Joy to you and me sentiment inside the balloon (Merry Greetings Stamp set).  I then mask the balloon off then do the clouds.  I used another sentiment from Christmas scene stamp set at the bottom then draw the string connect the balloon and the sentiment together.  Finished up with grossy asscent at the balloon for dimension.

Hope u guys like it... This card can be mass produce easily...

Hv a Great Day!

Cheers,
Jan

Twinkle Town+Reindeer Games

Hi crafty friends,

I've adorable card sharing today from Mama Elephant.  It's a simple card using a combination of Twinkle Town, Reindeer Games and Sentiment from Jolly and Merry stamp sets.  I first stamp the pine branch with versamark ink then heat embossed with green embossing powder.  I then stamp the streak stamp with brown ink.  I stamped and colored the reindeer seperately and arranged him sitting on the branch itself.  Then I finished with the sentiments from Jolly and Merry stamp set.  :)

Hope u like it :)  Have a Good Day Folks!

Cheers,
Jan

Christmas Spirit

Hello friends...

Today I am sharing Mama Elephant stamp - Christmas Spirit.  It's one layer card with simple coloring.

I stamped 3 elves on white card stock and colored them with various copic markers.  I then hand drawn the hearts string joining them together.  I then used stickles for their hats.  The sentiment also came from the same stamp set.  It's done! :)

Have a great day friends!

Cheers,
Jan

Santa Team Polaroid

 Hello Crafty friends....

Welcome to my very 1st blog... My name is Jan and I'd to share with you my 1st craft project!

I love to make my Santa and his team to be abit more in trend... So I decided to make the polaroid picture for them.  And here how I made it....

On my white card front panel, I used Simon Says Stamp and ClearlyBESOTTED Collaboration for STAMPtember 2014 -Winter Friends.  I used Mama Elephant Die - Polaroid Fun to cut the polaroid frame and then stamped, masked and colored on the inner white panel. I then cut again on black card stock just for the black frame.

On top part I used My Favorite Things Die - Magical Memories to cut out the Magical banner then cut again on red cardstock.  I then inland the white alphabet onto the red banner.

For the Day banner, I did the same as magical banner but change the colors of the banner and the Day word.

After I inlaid all pieces together I did put backing up paper to hold all the pieces before I put on my card front. I white embossed the sentiment from Mama Elephant Stamp - Merry Greetings.  I then distress the edges with distress ink - antique linen.

I hope you guys like it and hv a magical day!

Cheers,
Jan
