Totally Amazing

Hello everybody.. I'm on Craftin Desert Divas blog today sharing with you  my little project showcasing Greeting Word Dies and Tiny Sentiments stamp.

Here is what I created for you

First I selected the 3 outline flower stamps from Botanical Layers stamp set.  I stamped and heat embossed with clear embossing powder onto the textured side of watercolor paper.  I then began to color using inktense color pencils.  I did layer the base coat of light colors and built up my dimension by laying darker colors on top.  Same way I did for the dark grey background.

After my watercolor panel dried, I cut it with Fancy Frame Die.  I then took the word "Totally" from Greeting Word Dies and cut at the center of my panel.  I also cut 4-5 pieces of Totally word die from black card stock and stacked them up all together then my top piece would be the watercolor piece. I also heat embossed the word "amazing" from Tiny Sentiments Stamp on black card stock.

I used double sided tape at the back of my watercolor panel and then turn over to the front to put my dimensional word Totally on top of it like jigsaw puzzle. I then attached the "amazing" word with form tape and put under the diecut word.  And everything onto my white card base! and it's done!

Our Sponsors for this Linky Party are:

One 4"x 6" stamp set
One Digi Stamp of choice

Here is what I made..

I began by cutting 2 pcs of red card stock from Picture Frame Die.  One of them I used Star Border from Across The Borders stamp and stamped repeatedly with versamark ink and heat set with clear embossing powder.  I then attached with another piece of red card stock and formed my card base.

I also cut the window panel from Picture Frame Die with blue card stock for my image, sentiment and the shaker window.  From white card stock I stamped the soup can image (from Kitchen Cuties) side by side and made sure they looked like they are holding hands and another can I stamped on top of them.  I colored them with various copic markers. Nothing fancy!

For the shaker window I stamped and embossed the same Star Border from Across The Borders stamp with red and blue embossing powders.  I also embossed the sentiment with blue glister embossing powder.

I popped the blue window pannel with form tape.  At the shaker window I attached the acetate sheet and filled inside with Oh My Star and Twinkle Sequins.  I arranged my soup can image to the long window.  And the whole blue pannel I attached on another white layering card stock.  Then attached it to my red card base.  I then attached my sentiment to the smallest window and decorate 3 big stars at the top center of my blue panel.

Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop

Hello Crafty Coffee Lover Friends..

I have a project to share with you today using Coffee Friends Digi Stamps...

I am also entering this card for Summer Coffee Lovers Blog Hop :)
http://coffeelovingcardmakers.com/2016/06/summer-coffee-lovers-blog-hop-2/
 Here is what I created

I am using freebie digi image today for my project.. They are so adorable.

I first printed this Digi Stamp called Coffee Friends out onto my white card base as well as on phtocopy paper for masking technique.  I fussy cut the image from photocopy paper and used my 2 way glue pen for repositioning purpose.  I attached the photocopy image on top of my main image and began to stamp my flowerline image from Build A Scene 2 stamp set.  Once I took out my photocopy image, it looked like the 2 lovely friends were sitting infront of the flowerline.  I then began to color the image with various copic markers.

After I done coloring I used Fancy Frame Dies to cut my main panel and I found the sentiment "Best Of Friends" (from Lovies stamp set) is just right for this image. I then felt that my sky and ground were abit empty so I used the Bee and the Rocks images from Build A Scene 2 to fill them in.

I then attached my colored panel onto black layering card stock to make the image popped even more then attached onto my white card based.  To finish it off, I sprinkle Star Sequins Orange here and there and it's done!

Showcasing : Greeting Word Dies &
            Tiny Sentiments

I am totally and seriously IN LOVE with the Greeting Word Dies and Tiny Sentiments stamp.  They are "A MUST" to have in your craft room!  The big focal point of the Dies along with the tiny words allow you to build your own sentiments to suit on any occasions.  This Tiny Sentiments stamp also  work very well with our previous April Release Wishful Thought Word Dies

Mixed and Matched with your own cute critters stamps that you already have or they can be used alone by themselves to make cards which I'll show more during FaceBook Inspiration week.

Here are some of the ideas for your inspiration

I used "Blessed" from Greeting Word Dies and Tiny Sentiments stamp together with the giraffe couple from Lovies stamp set and tiny grass from Build A Scene stamp.  I used Fancy Frame Dies to cut the panel and sprinkle here and there with Honeycomb Sequins.

I used "Totally" from Greeting Word Dies and Tiny Sentiments stamp together with the bird couple from Lovies stamp set.  I diecut the heart arrow from Heart of Heart Dies to accent my card and then cut my panel with Fancy Frame Dies and sprinkle with our new release Star Sequins Blue.

I used "Awesome" from Greeting Word Dies and Tiny Sentiments stamp together with the tiger from Peek A Boo Animals stamp set.  I created big star template and stamped the star border from Across The Border stamp with VersaMark and embossed it with blue glister embossing powder. I used Fancy Frame Dies to cut the panel and sprinkle here and there with Comet Sequins.

I used "Thanks" from Greeting Word Dies and Tiny Sentiments stamp together with the pig from Farm Living stamp set and the Bush from Build A Scene stamp.  I stamped the circles border from Across The Border stamp with VersaMark and embossed it with some glister embossing powders. I used Fancy Frame Dies to cut the panel.  I diecut the vellum using the largest oval die from Fancy Stitched Label Dies and attached the word Thanks on top of the stamped sentiment and sprinkle here and there with the newest Star Sequins Orange.

Looking Sharp!

Hello there my crafty friends!

So gald to see you again!  I am on Craftin Desert Divas's blog today sharing my little project showcasing Prickly stamp set.

Here's what I have for you....

It seem to be my favorite thing to do with making card..."Masking" :) Hope you enjoy that too!

Ok... I started by stamping my cactus images from Prickly stamp arranging from the image that I wanted to be the front and then masked it off then stamped the second and thrid images.

I decided to color them first with various shades of green copic markers.  The right cactus I colored and blended the colors as per normal.  The middle cactus, after I colored it I used colorless blender solution with rag and tapped on it repeatedly for the texture.  For the left cactus, I used the dotted technique to give some textures.

After I've done with the ground coloring I masked back all the images and used mustard seed distress ink for background color.  I then cut the panel with my go-to die Fancy Frame Dies.  I also stamped the sentiment "Lookin Sharp" from This & That stamp set.   I attached the panel on black layering card stock and then onto my card base.  To finish it off I sprinkled Honeycomb sequins here and there.

Here are the closer look
