Thank You - Spotlight Technique

Hello everyone... I am so excited to be back on Craftin Desert Divas blog today sharing with you my card with Spotlight Technique using Hello Beautiful stamp.

I used MISTI for stamping but you can also use acrylic block for this job.

I wanted this card to be one layer card so I traced the medium size heart die from Nested Heart dies to marked the spotlight area.  You can also used the die to cut off that area and color it then puzzle piece it back or pop it up with form tape for some dimensions.

 

 

Here are copic colors that I used.
Spotlight area : 
Inner petals - R56 R85 R83 R81
Outer petals - R83 R81
Leaves - YG17 YG23 YG21

Outside Spotlight area : C3 C1 C0
Heart shape : B02 B00 B000

I cut the panel with Crazy Stitched Frame dies and adhered it to black card base.  I accented my card with Nuvo glow in the dark in Apple Sour to bring back some greenery to the card.  I finished it off by using Wink Of Stella at the sentiment and the flowers  and traced the "thank you" word with Glossy Accent for some dimensions.
