Love You

Hello everyone...

No doubt I do love coloring flowers as much as I love cutie critters...   This card is for a dear friend of mine at Stamp Junkies Facebook group.. I am also entering this card for The Ton February Challenge.  The cue word is Love

I have not using color pencils for a while so I thought I give them some love :) 

I did a little bit of masking at the largest poppy flower so that I can have it overlapping with the smaller ones. These poppies are from The Ton - Coordinating Outlines Fresh Cut Poppies stamp.  I handdrawn the stemps and stamped the leaves toward the middle of the stemps.

Using Polychromos colorpencils...I did about 2-3 layers of Red shades and I used Dark Blue color pencil at where I think it's the most darkest area (mostly where the petals are overlapping) to give some dimensions...  For the shadow, I used Warm Gray shades and only did at the based of the flowers as if the light is from the top right .  Love how it looks

Here is what I have for you

I love how this card turned out.  I adore this cutie Yeti from Yeti to Party stamp and had him holding the Rose from Flowers In Bloom stamp for his Valentine's love. I handrawn the stem and extended from the rose to his hands. All images were colored with copic markers.

I cut my panel using Picture Frame die and the sentiment is from Simply Said stamp.  I distressed all the edges then attached it onto black cardbase.  I sprinkled Shimmer Sequins here and there using Multi Medium Matte as my adhesive of choice.

Here is what I made

This project is fun and adorable onelayer card... I cut my panel with Picture Frame die from white cardstock and stamped this cutie girl with the teddy bear from Dreamland stamp toward the bottom of the panel.  I then stamped the pacel boxes image from Special Delivery stamp and the small square image from Doodled Frame stamp with the bow toward top right corner.  I handrawn the speech bubble and colored all imges with copic marker as well...

I stamped the sentiment and finished it off by sprinkled Glimmering Gemstones Sequins here and there.  I used Multi Medium Matte as my sequins adhesive.

Here is what I have for you

I 1st cut my main panel using Fancy Frame dies from white cardstock and then I used the 2nd large of Inside Scalloped Circle die to cut it from my main panel so that it would have the stitched around the edge.  I also used the same die to cut pattern paper from Doddlebug Spring Things for my decorative circle frame.  I stamped the sheeps and the cloud from Dreamland stamp inside my white negative diecut and colored the images with copic markers.

For this little girl from Dreamland stamp, I used her before as a magician if you remembered but this time round I let her hold on the alarm clock.  I stamped her on a seperate white cardstock, colored her with copic markers and fussy cut her out.  I then stamped the sentiment, attached my main panel onto black cardstock and springled some Sweet Sixteen Sequins.  I used Multi Medium Matte as my sequin adhesive.

I have 3 projects to share with you in this post and I'll have another 2 projects to share at later post.

Project # 1 : Whimsical Wishes Stamp

As always (if possible), I did onelayer card for this beautiful fairy holding the fairy dust bottle from Enchanted Tales stamp to match the sentiment that said "Fairy dust is like love, it creates magic whenever you give it away".  

I colored her with copic markers and used distress inks for the growing effect and night sky background.  I cut my panel using Fancy Frame dies.

Project # 2 :  Whimsical Wishes Stamp + Scene Builders Dies

Using Scene Builders Dies to create the element details of this card.  These dies made it so easy to create the scene.  I cut all the elements from some textured cardstock as well as pattern paper from Doodlebug Gingham-Linen Rainbow Petite Prints.  The adorable dragon and sentiment are from Whimsical Wishes stamp and my main panel was cut with Picture Frame dies.

I finished it off with New Sweet Sixteen Sequins and New Pink Dew drop.  I used Multi Medium Matte to adhere them.

Project # 3 : Treasure Trolls Stamp

I had a BLAST coloring this background digital stamp designed by our talented Mindy.  I stamped this adorable troll and the gems cart onto some white cardstock colored them with copic markers and fussy cut them out.  It's quite a process of thought to color the background image since I wanted to show the hilight and the grow of the lamp and the shine of the gems cart as well as the relection of the gems inside the tunnel.

End result... Im very happy how it turned out.  I also cut gold glitter cardstock from Inside Scalloped Square dies to frame my panel and sprinkled Glimmering Gemstones Sequin here and there.  I used Multi Medium Matte as my sequins adhesive.

Hello everyone... I'm so happy to be on Craftin Desert Divas' Blog today and share my Sneak Peek Project for Treasure Trolls stamp set.

Here are how I made this project

I used our brand new Treasure Trolls stamp along with the latest Inside Scalloped Circles dies to create this card.

I cut all the Inside Scalloped Circle dies from main white card stock panel.  I carefully seperated them and inked them up with distress ink in rainbow colors order.

I also stamped this cutie Troll and the pile of gems infront of him and colored them with copic markers then fussy cut it out.

I masked of the bottom space and did used the same distress inks for each slot of colors to show cased each gems.  I stamped 7 gems images onto white card stock.  I colored and fussy cute them out and placed them into each slot of colors.

For sentiment, I don't want to cover the rainbow background so I decided to use vellum.  I first traced around the circle panel onto vellum paper and cut it out.  I used the wavy line from Outdoor Landscape dies to make the hill.  I then embossed the sentiment and attached it to my circle panel with Multi Medium Matte.  It also served as the ground for the image.

I attached my main panel onto black card based and springled our newest Glimmering Gemstones Sequins here and there... isn't it so pretty?
